I have been empowering people through my trainings, seminars, and public appearances since 1999 with various organizations and projects. I am best known as a social entrepreneur and community leader. My passion to help people achieve their dreams by inspiring them to take action, led me to join the Maxwell Leadership Certified Team as a founding member in 2011 (formerly known as the John Maxwell Team.)
Recently, I got licensed to utilize Culture Health Scorecard™ through Maxwell Leadership Consultant Lane in order to help organizations evaluate their culture in a measurable way based on evidence and track their progress over time in an effort to develop a strong culture. I am a licensed consultant to use Maxwell DISC Personality Assessments as well as facilitate Leadership Games.
Prior to joining the team, I invested over a decade in nonprofit sector and in real estate respectively. In addition to the hands on experience of building and leading award-winning nonprofit organizations, I hold a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Nonprofit Management from University of San Francisco. I also have a Bachelor of Art Degree in Political Science and International Relations and Associate Degree in Child Development.
In my past real estate career, I served as Keller Williams University approved faculty member and assisted agents in growing their businesses and expanding their mindset. I now have my own brokerage firm and continue partnering with agents nationwide. During my personal time, I enjoyed completing Toastmasters International's curriculum as a Distinguished Toastmaster, and successfully competed in many speech contests. I also wrote and published poetry books and traveled to 50 countries.
In addition to my continuous professional growth at the Maxwell Team and attending over two dozen live events with John Maxwell himself, I also invest my resources in learning from many influential leaders like Les Brown, Nick Vujicic, Robert Rohm, Paul Scheele, Paul Martinelli, Tony Robbins, and more. I especially am a huge fan of Tony Robbins and the tools he uses to create rapid and lasting breakthroughs. I completed his Unleashing the Power Within (UPW) event several times, as well as his Date with Destiny, Life Mastery, Wealth Mastery, and Leadership Academy programs. I am also a graduate of Landmark Education.
As a proud mother of four gifted and challenged homeschooling children, I strive to balance my desire to help people achieve their goals with being the best mom I can be. It is not always easy juggling the list of daily responsibilities. I have personally used many different tools to enhance my own productivity, personal development, and decision-making skills to create a more harmonious and fulfilling lifestyle.
