I'm Delphine, and for years I've had the honor of coaching, mentoring, and training leaders just like you. My deep passion for helping others thrive and my desire to stay on the cutting edge led me to become a certified member of the John Maxwell Team — and honestly, it's been one of the most rewarding decisions of my life.

Before that, I spent years in leadership roles across both the public and private sectors, and I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Mississippi State University. But here's what I think matters even more than credentials — I've lived this. As a wife and mother, I learned firsthand how powerful the right tools, intentional learning, and a strong inner circle can be. I used those very methods during my season at home to stay sharp, grow my skills, and keep leading well.
