My perseverance and tenacious desire to help others while staying on the cutting-edge led me to join the John Maxwell Team. I am passionate about empowering others to achieve their goals. Prior to joining the team, I held leadership positions in both the public and private sectors. I hold a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Social Work from Mississippi State University.
I have coached, mentored, and trained many leaders. In addition, I am a wife and mother. I understand the importance of utilizing organizational tools, life-long learning, and building an inner circle. While I was home rearing my children, I personally used these methods to stay sharp and hone my leadership style and skills. Because of the tools and continued personal development, I powerfully work with individuals and groups to generate synergy; achieve their goals, and empower and facilitate growth in potential leaders to champion innovative ideas.
I have been involved in several start-up organizations. I have helped to establish flourishing leadership teams. I am energized by the opportunity to assist others who are seeking new ventures. I have successfully helped non-profit organizations navigate the waves of change.
