I am a Training Consultant, qualified Administrative Professional, and Paralegal. I received the District 81, Toastmasters International Train The Trainer credentials in 2022, and am a trained Competency-Based Education and Training/Caribbean Vocational Qualifications (CBET/CVQ/NVQ) Level 4 Instructor.

I have over thirty (30) years of experience in the administrative and paralegal fields and currently serve as a Representative on several Boards and Committees in Grenada as follows, Director of Grenada Chambers of Industry & Commerce, Director of Digicel Grenada Limited & Digicel Grenada Cable Company Limited; and Committee Member of the Grenada National Training Agency Strategic Planning Committee, Director of the Grenada National Coalition on the Rights of the Child and President of the Girl Guides Association of Grenada.

With the wealth of experience I have gained over the years, I have conducted several Masterminds, Professional Development Workshops and Seminars, and Paralegal Services Training.

I have professional membership in organizations in Grenada, the Caribbean, the United States of America, Great Britain & Ireland; including the Grenada Association of Administrative Professionals, the Caribbean Association of Administrative Professionals, and Toastmasters International (earned several Awards including the Distinguished Toastmasters Award), and Soroptimist International Grenada, Soroptimist International Great Britain & Ireland.  

I have served as a Coordinating Consultant and Rapporteur for several funded projects for International and Regional Agencies as follows: UNICEF, OAS, CIWiL, UNFPA, COMMONWEALTH SECRETARIAT, and the CARICOM Secretariat.
