Drawing on my 2 decades of corporate experience, most recently as Vice President of Global Brand Operations, I utilize a practical approach that helps both established and emerging leaders to gain clarity about how they are ‘wired’, and how they can raise their leadership potential.

Now as the founder of Strength Leader Development, I regularly coach, mentor and speak on strengths and leadership, and I launched the Strength Leader Mentor Community to provide an online solution for leaders to grow. I mentor and coach aspiring entrepreneurs at an online academy and am the host of the Leadership Insight Podcast on iTunes.
