For the last 17 years I have worked for the Buffalo Employment & Training Center as a Career Counselor/Coach,Workshop Facilitator/Speaker & Job Placement Specialist.  Even with that wealth of job experience I still have the insatiable thirst and passion to learn.  Seeking as much knowledge as possible to add value to my life as well as teaching and passing on that knowledge to others. Case in point , in the last  two years in my quest for self development as person & to continually upgrade my skills  I have immersed myself in every book , audio book, or dvd’s of the works from the following : Tony Robbins,  Napoleon Hill, Dale Carnegie, Stephen Covey, Jim Rohn & Zig Ziglar  just to name a few. I have also attended workshops, training sessions & various seminars soaking up as much information and inspiration from those resources as possible.

I must say unequivocally, once I discovered the incomparable John Maxwell it changed my whole life! His books, his teachings, his philosophies, his methods, and his team are second to none. This is world class material and content. Once I absorbed the John Maxwell way, I enrolled in the John Maxwell University and my entire life has been transformed - personally, professionally & spiritually. 

Now that I’m a Certified/Licensed John Maxwell Team Member my mission in life from here on out is very clear. As a coach, speaker, teacher, leader I plan to inspire, motivate, empower, and share the knowledge & wisdom of my training and work experience. Whether it be a company, organization or an individual I promise to have a positive impact and add value to one’s life, business or organization. It is my passion & desire to change lives through these proven methods & teachings of the John Maxwell Program.
