For two decades, I owned & organically grew a successful small business with a Fortune 50 company. I was responsible for the day to day operations, hiring, coaching, mentoring, training, casting the vision & leading in a such a way to impact the caring & concern for our clients. My responsibility as their leader, was not taken lightly. I knew how I chose to lead would impact the lives of their families.
Through my multi-faceted professional roles, I’ve had the opportunity to work with business owners through coaching, training, & speaking on both the Sales & Operational side of the business. As a Sales Manager, my sales teams were recognized by leading our state in various promotions & qualified for some of the most elite awards. My professional background, the John Maxwell Team resources & certification in DISC (human behavior models), create an all-inclusive set of tools that can be polished for each organization’s exclusive need.
In the early days of my business, a mentor introduced John Maxwell’s work on leadership to me. I learned John believes, true leadership starts within the Heart — with character. Leadership starts with me. I must not act differently, I must become different.
As an Executive Director at the John Maxwell Team, Founder and Chief Inspiration Officer of Aspire Lighthouse Leadership, I have combined the framework of my life with my passion to help people recognize their unique potential. Often times, circumstances prevent us from seeing our Gr8ness. My greatest satisfaction is helping others begin their journey as they aspire to reach a different level of GR8ness. I believe when a person begins to accomplish their dreams and goals, they are beginning their journey to become their best self.
