" I have known Dale Wicks for over 25 years. Dale and I have worked together and dealt with many work crises.  As owner of QPP I can say much of our success is due to Dale's leadership in Human Resources.

Dale has several attributes that have made him successful. Number one is that he treats everyone with respect and always listens.I have never seen Dale lose his temper or raise his voice no matter how tense the situation may be.When Dale speaks people listen. Dale has great insight into people. People respect his judgement and knowledge. Dale's communication skills are responsible for his success in leading people. Dale is very knowledgeable  and understands how to communicate and share this knowledge with others. I have learned many things in dealing with people from Dale. I have always used Dale as a sounding board in dealing with the many issues in running a company. Dale is not only a work colleague but is a good friend as well. - Kelly "

" As a professional registered nurse, an employee of QPP, and manager of the health and medical issues of QPP employees,I worked for 20 years in cooperation with Dale Wicks and the  QPP HR department. Dales even tempered, open door, confident, and knowlegable leadership style led the way as we constantly navigated the dual issues of labor and employment law and standards and my sometimes conflicting goals of promoting the health and well being of each and every worker at QPP. Dale never displayed a win-loose attitude but problem solving was always mutually satisfying and even pleasurable as we almost always had fun too!! - Carole "

"The DISC assessment really helped me to better understand myself. It didn't just show me my tendencies; it discussed how to enhance my strengths and how to overcome my weaknesses. Mr. Wicks gave a very clear overview of the assessment report, and he really helped me to understand how to apply the information to grow to become a better leader." - Caleb, college student

"Dale has an authentic way of seeing potential in people and creating opportunities to connect people to work where they can thrive.

I’ve know Dale for over eight years and have observed first hand his commitment to inviting those he encounters to explore their potential in leading where they are and discovering where they want to go.

I’m grateful for the potential Dale has seen and encouraged in me during the time that I’ve known him. It has allowed me to work with many people I wouldn’t have otherwise and to learn so much about my own leadership and empowering others to lead in ways that improve not only their own lives, but the lives of those around them."
