CAIR Leadership was created to bring the principles of enlightened personal, professional and leadership development to you, helping you discover who you need to BECOME to achieve your desired success, as an individual or organization.
In 2011, I became a Founding Partner of a new entity, the John Maxwell Team, a dedicated international group of Coaches, Trainers and Speakers who focus on leadership, culture, communication and vision. Now numbering over 40,000, residing in 165 countries, this group is led by John C. Maxwell, the number one leadership guru in the world for the past 12 years.
My background is diverse and is fueled by my intense curiosity, an essential characteristic in a coach. Shaped by Heidelberg College, the University of Utah, and the Marine Corps, I’ve been a realtor, investor, and mortgage loan officer. In addition, I’ve been a co-owner of a coffee company, had an internet business and am involved with multi-level marketing. I’ve been known to ask some off the wall questions, because thinking outside the box helps my clients find innovative solutions.
I was one of a 12 member group that helped develop the YouthMAX program that has already benefited over 100,000 teenagers in it's first two years, and on a 70 member selection committee for the first ever John C Maxwell Leadership Awards, overseeing 3000 nominations.
I’m a board member of National Sales and Marketing Executives, and belong to the Greater Akron Chamber, the Canton Regional Chamber, Athena International, AM Akron Toastmasters and the Akron Bible Students. A native of Akron, Ohio, I’ve lived in Salt Lake City, West Palm Beach, and Eugene, Oregon (Go Ducks!). Residing in Bath, Ohio, my daughter, son and four grandsons are among my greatest blessings.
