I attended Southern California Graduate School Of Theology where I recieved my Ph.D in Behavioral Science in 2003.Received my Ph.D. in Behavioral Science in 2003.

In 2012 I planted God's Blessings, 1N Christ Ministriesand founded God’s Blessings, 1 N Christ Ministries in Syracuse, NY.

I enjoy coaching and supporting people so they can achieve their personal and professional goals.

I have worked with individuals seeking employment opportunities as a vocational consultant for Western NY Job Corps, a Business Resource Consultant for the Welfare to Work Partnership in NYC where I helped at-risk youth re-enter the business world after being incarcerated. In my work with the Parent Success Initiative at the Dunbar Center in Syracuse, NY , I helped non-custodial parents become more involved with their children by facilitating workshops on parenting skills as well as employment

In my work as a Business Navigator for Start-Up NY  at Syracuse University and the South Side Innovation Center in Syracuse, NY, I coached small-business owners on how to access the necessary resources to launch and grow their business. I became involved with the John Maxwell Team in order to enhance my leadership and coaching skills, to build my pastoral ministry and serve my community.
