Carl is a public speaker, leadership consultant, and Defense Business Consultant for Francis & Francis LLP. He’s also a retired DoD Senior Executive with senior leadership experience in Federal and Commercial program management, financial management, performance management, and federal policy. In addition to over 35 years of DoD and Commercial experience, he is actively involved in the community as a volunteer with the Dayton Area Defense Contractors Association, and member of Greene County Optimist Club. Carl is a former Air Force Aerial Port Operations Officer stationed at Wright-Patterson AFB and Andrews AFB, supporting Air Force One. He has a Masters Degree in Public Adminstration from Troy University, Alabama, and a veteran business professional. Carl believes in growing opportunities for the community in both business and quality of life. Carl, and his wife Deb, are longtime residents of Beavercreek, Ohio.
