Prior to joining the Maxwell team, my passion for helping others reach their dreams supported the building and execution of a multi-million dollar organization, while maintaining an incredible personal business, consistently ranked 200%+ over the company’s top leadership level in recruitment, sales, and promoting team leaders. My success as a corporate executive has been celebrated by impacting positive change, propelling growth, and inspiring new generations of leaders. In addition to being a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Teacher and Speaker, I serve as the CEO of my own professional speaking/training/coaching and business consulting company - Leaders Empowered, LLC. I have been a television host for Trinity Broadcast Network and local radio host. Currently, I hold a Bachelors Degree in Ministry, am a Credentialed Business Coach through Worldwide Association of Business Coaches, am a Faculty Member training The John Maxwell Team Coaches, am a certified Human Behavioral Specialist, have completed the Art of Facilitation with the Elan Institute, and am a graduate of the DSWA Coach Excellence Program. It has been an honor to be a featured writer for international publications, speaker at many National Conferences, and support an international client base.
