I joined the Maxwell Leadership Team because it is my passion to inspire, empower, and entertain audiences of all sizes. Adding value to others is my mantra, and it is so exciting to see clients grow and achieve their goals through the coaching and mentoring process. With 25 years of experience in sales and as a highly sought after facilitator, speaker, trainer, and coach, I have had the privilege of helping hundreds of people increase their awareness and improve their performance.

In addition to numerous sales and recruiting awards, I was honored to be named the 2007 recipient of the prestigious "Leadership Award" during my tenure with a nationwide direct sales company. I am a Certified DISC Behavioral Analysis Trainer and I hold an Associate Degree in Theology from Faith Christian University in Orlando, FL. Volunteering as a sponsor for teenage girls at my home church also affords me the opportunity to train young women to become confident and productive members of society.

On a more personal note, my husband Jeff and I have been married for 37 years. We have two amazing grown children, along with their wonderful spouses, and three precious grandchildren who are the joy of my life.
