I have over 25 years experience in leadership, continuous improvement, quality management, project management and business coaching. My professional background reflects achievements in leading process improvement initiatives, as well as teaching and mentoring individuals in Lean Six Sigma principles to improve business operations and improve the financial bottom line. However, over the years, it was evident that leading people to change is a challenge for most organizations. The John Maxwell portfolio will provide me the opportunity to coach, mentor and teach your organization on skills to propel your business to the next level.
I have a Doctorate of Philosophy in Organization and Management from Capella University’s School of Business and Technology, where my doctoral research focused on a leader’s leadership style and employee engagement. I also hold a Master of Science degree in Administration from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Engineering Sciences from Michigan State University. My passion is to transfer knowledge to facilitate operational excellence within your organization and help your team members identify skills to help them reach their goals.
