I am currently the Head of Learning & Development at Holcim Philippines, Inc., where I have dedicated 20 years to shaping people and culture. My journey has spanned nearly every facet of Human Resources—Strategic HR, Learning & Development, Talent Management, Shared Services, Business Partnering, and Regional HR across Asia-Pacific—each chapter refining my mission: to bring out the best in people.

Guided by my faith,  deep calling to serve and passion help leaders and organizations grow with purpose, integrity, and excellence, I founded Pneuma Charis Group OPC (meaning Grace of the Holy Spirit, The Grace that gives life and inspires others), a management consulting company focused on helping companies bridge the gap in developing their NextGen leaders (succession), communicating to connect, and improving employee retention using the John Maxwell Leadership DNA and Principles.

My goal is to help organizations create thriving, purpose-driven cultures where individuals shine—because, as I love to say, “I’m a Star-Maker. I help people shine at what they do.”

I am an Independent Executive Director of The John Maxwell Leadership Certified  Team Member and soon-to-be DISC (Personality Assessment) Consultant. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Agribusiness Management from the University of the Philippines Los Baños, and an Executive MBA from the Asian Institute of Management.  On the HR Space I also hold the SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP certifications, which are recognized by the Society of Human Resource Management (US).
