I own two successful dental practices in Maryland. I have been studying leadership for a number of years now and I am proud to be associated with The John Maxwell Team. Leadership is one subject that is rarely talked about but its a very important element in any business. Looking at dentistry -  many dentists come out of school with over $350 000 in student loan debt, they buy a house and then a practice. They are thrown into leadership positions as owners and many don't have a clue on leading. This then becomes a source of frustration for the dentist and the team. The success of any organization has everything to do with leadership. The example I gave in dentistry is applicable to other businesses and organizatioins. This is what sparked my interest in helping CEOs, managers, team leaders become better and effective leaders. I believe everyone has the potential to become a great leader!  I enjoy speaking to the youth and connecting with them at their level sharing essential life lessons.

I live in Maryland and am married with two wonderful children aged 18 and 13.
