As a Maxwell Leadership Certified Coach, Teacher, Trainer and Speaker, I can offer you workshops, seminars, keynote speaking, and coaching, aiding your personal and professional growth through study and practical application of John’s proven leadership methods. Working together, I will move you and/or your team or organization in the desired direction to reach your goals.

I am a native of San Francisco, with over 40 years of service in Catholic Education.  I hold a BA in Philosophy/Teaching Credential from Don Bosco Seminary College, Newton, NJ; an MDiv in Theology from the Jesuit School of Theology and Advanced Certificate in Catholic Educational Diocesan Leadership from The Catholic University of America, Washington, DC.

Prior to forming my own company, Ken Willers CatholicEd Leadership Solutions, in May of 2025, I held the leadership position as President at Notre Dame Academy in Duluth, GA for five wonderful years. In January of 2025 I published my first book, Stories That Should Be Told. It was a tremendous honor to see short stories and parables I wrote almost 30 years ago be published and find an appreciative audience.

Before moving to GA, I served as Associate Superintendent of Leadership for Innovation and Growth for the Diocese of Oakland, CA and humbly (and with much joy) lived out my vocation for 17 years as an elementary school principal. I have been a classroom teacher at the elementary, Jr. High and High School levels. I have taught in the Archdiocese of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, the Archdiocese of Los Angeles, the Archdiocese of San Francisco and the Diocese of Oakland.

My passion for inspiring educational leaders prompted me to form my company: Ken Willers CatholicEd Leadership Solutions. My Mission: To empower Catholic school leaders with tailored coaching, collaborative solutions, and Mission-driven strategies, fostering vibrant, inclusive communities rooted in excellence. Our to put very simply: Ignite Faith, Inspire Leaders, and Transform Catholic Schools.
