Justin is the Chief Steward of Barksdale Safety Solutions, LLC, and Barksdale Leadership Solutions. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Health, and Environment from Southeastern Louisiana University (SELU) and specializes in helping organizations enhance safety practices and improve operational performance across industries such as chemical manufacturing, electric power, and healthcare.
In addition to his safety expertise, Justin provides executive leadership coaching to business owners, plant managers, and other key leaders, helping them drive performance and achieve organizational goals. His approach focuses on empowering teams to deliver on key results by fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Through his businesses, he offers targeted coaching, training, and strategic guidance, equipping leaders and teams with the tools and insights they need to succeed while driving sustainable safety and performance outcomes.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Justin is a devoted husband and father to three children. He enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his family camping or going on new adventures
