I have more than 35 yrs’ experience with the Department of Defense management, leadership and organizational development. I’ve received numerous awards, decorations and accolades, including the United States Air Force Outstanding Civilian Career Service Award; and the Meritorious Civilian Service Award. I’ve developed training programs focusing on leadership and government efficiencies, in areas of interdepartmental communication, acquisition ethics and personnel management. As a certified DISC consultant, I provide valuable insights into personality assessments, which help organizations leverage strengths to improve team performance and employee satisfaction.

My desire is for government and non-profit agencies with teams in transition is to not only survive change, but to thrive in the face of it, emerging more resilient, effective, and responsive to the needs of their employer and the public they serve.
