I am known for being innovative and progressive in the development of my youth development curriculum. My academic achievements include several advanced degrees in Education, Management and Medicine. I am the proud owner of two family service companies that facilitate court ordered child supervision services along with multiple other family manidated and supportive services. I am the cofounder of a new nonprofit (NMESHD) that incorporates music, literacy and leadership in after school programs. My passion is to be active in my community. My community service includes: the local schools ( Site Councils, School Boards, President Councils, PTO, and classroom volunteer), coach to multiple sport teams, Girl Scout Leader, as well as being a foster parent for over twenty years.
Currently, in addition to my coaching, trainings and speaking engagaments, I write college curriculum and teach Educational Psychology to the advanced high school and collegiate levels. I have been in multiple magazines as a model, author and acknowledging my achievements. i received award of 2016-7 Woman of the Year by the Association of Professional Business Women. In 2020, I receieved the reconition of a John Maxwell Culture Award for adding Value and Valuing People.
