My passion for helping others reach their goals led me to join the John Maxwell Team. Prior to joining the team, I spent 35 years in manufacturing, working with over 1,000 companies globally to improve their operational performance. In 2013, I founded The Right Approach Consulting, which has allowed me to elevate adding value to others to a whole new level. I hold a Bachelor of Science Degree in Organizational Management and a Master of Business Administration Degree. In addition, I have over 100 published works, including five books on quality, lean manufacturing, business strategy and leadership.

 On a personal level as a life-long student of leadership, the John Maxwell philosophy resonates with me. The world-class John Maxwell Team training, mentorship and tools have empowered me to be able to transfer this knowledge to my clients.
