I have been actively involved in the process of impacting the hearts and minds of people, both young and old for more than 25 years. From an early age, I recognized the unique ability I had to communicate a message and create a picture that would cause people to challenge their present state of being. My belief is that if an individual can see themselves beyond where they presently are, to where they ultimately want to be, they can in effect shape their very destiny.

The background, from which I emerged, along with the strong personal values developed along the way, taught me very early in life that everyone and everything has a purpose. Pursuit of that purpose led me to become a member of the New York City Police Department, after majoring in Police Science at Manhattan’s John Jay College of Criminal Justice. After a successful and very active career with the NYPD, I retired as a highly decorated member, in the rank of sergeant. I was then recruited to work as the Chief of Staff for Outbound Operations for a major not-for-profit organization. That position afforded me the opportunity to travel and speak to audiences throughout the United States, Africa, Europe, Australia, Singapore and the UAE.

Now, as the president of my own company, True Destiny Communications, and as a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Teacher and Speaker, I can offer you workshops, seminars, keynote speaking and coaching, aiding your personal and professional growth through study and practical application of John’s proven leadership methods.
