Hi There! My goal is to help you or your business in developing your personal or professional leadership skills. We all have those times where we get stuck and feel like if only I had a way to fix this or make things better. We all have those walls that we meet that seem impossible at times to overcome. My objective is to serve the community through Mastermind workshops, One on One coaching, D.I.S.C. assessments in human behavior, as well as business coaching and development. With over 28 years of experience in leadership development through my banking experience, working in the service industry and my time in the military I have been and seen many things that have not only allowed me to see things outside of the box but it has allowed me the fortitude to train, develop and grow in my journey as well as assisting others to grow in theirs.
