Isaac De-Graft Takyi has worked all his life in developing people both in the secular and sacred environment

I hold two bachelor degrees; one in Theology from the Southern Ghana Bible College and the other in Statistics, Geography and Human Resource Development from the University of Ghana.

With the desire of helping individual leaders, organizations  and potential leaders navigate through life successful without losing their reason for existence and remain relevant to the changing times, we have worked with organizations such as uniBank Ghana limited, Ghana Prisons Service and Cocoa Research Institute of Ghana among many others.

Currently, I am the senior pastor of Living Word Assembly of God, Toronto, Canada, CEO of ITDEGRAFT and ASSOCIATE-the leadership development group and the organizer of "Influencers Summit" world wide.  I’m married to Olivia.

A board member of  Eagle Projects International based in Maine, USA and the Holy Ghost Ministries based in Little Rock, Arkansas. I work with both teams to train leaders, provide amenities for rural communities and organize medical missions.

John Maxwell has being my mentor and coach for the past twenty years.
