Carl (he/him/husband/father} is the founder of Human Value Initiative, a consulting organization that specializes in equipping both individuals and organizations to experience their best self through leadership development. He has a unique ability to engage and equip individuals and teams to learn and build authentic relationships that enable them to perform at a high level.

Carl is nationally certified through Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) as a Senior Professional in HR (SPHR). Carl also holds a Master’s degree from Villanova University’s nationally ranked (high as #2 in the Northeast by U.S. News) Human Resource Development program of study.

Carl is an accomplished and certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), offering over 12- years of progressive Human Resources experience distinguished by strong leadership and a proven track record. He is recognized as a superior relationship builder, communicator, trusted advisor, and business partner.

A veteran of the United States Armed Forces, Carl specialized in both Human Resources and Transportation Logistics. Honors while serving include the Army Accommodation Medal of Honor and the Humanitarian Service Medal. Upon completing his six-year military obligation, Discharge:  Honorable  

Carl is a certified speaker, trainer, coach, and DISC behavioral consultant independent contractor with The John Maxwell Team.

Carl is happily married to his college sweetheart. Their union is blessed with two high-energy children.
