As a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Teacher and Speaker, I can offer you workshops, seminars, keynote speaking, and coaching, aiding your personal and professional growth through study and practical application of John's proven leadership methods. 

I am a multi-talented creative communicator whose mission is to tell the stories of others, share experiences, and impact lives. As a community advocate leader, I enjoy speaking, coaching, and training a diverse group of people in guiding their mission to change lives and inspire others. My passions include advocating for our youth with empowerment tools acquired from the John Maxwell program and my experience combined with my research working with minors.

In the role of a community servant leader and advocate, I offer my time, service, and expertise as a business mentor with SCORE for small business owners & entrepreneurs. Furthermore, I was a group facilitator at Wellspring Living, a non-profit organization that transforms the lives of those at risk or victimized by sexual exploitation.

 Moreover, I have also served in roles such as leader and trainer with Girl Scouts, Good News Club, PTA (Parent-Teacher Association), and a program I created called "The Royal Program" for students. R-O-Y-A-L (Rejuvenating Our Youth As Leaders).

My "WHY" stems from the desire to be the adult I needed when I was a young child growing up. Therefore my overall mission and purpose are advocating for young people by being a human link between organizations, schools, churches, non-profits, and the generation they serve. 

The John Maxwell program adds another tool to my skillset towards developing our youth to become leaders within our communities. My academic credentials are MA in Organizational Management, BA in Communications, AAS in Marketing Management, and I am currently working towards Doctorates in Strategic Leadership at Beulah Heights University.
