After a successful career in the golf, first as a top 10 State finalist in Texas High School golf and a competitive collegiate golfer to a golf professional, Head Professional, Teaching Professional and College Golf coach I moved into a the competitive world of financial sales.

First as a loan officer for a local successful mortgage company, then as a branch manager of one of the largest national privately held mortgage companies, a few years as a loan officer branch manager at one of the big banks to VP of Business Development for a regional mortgage broker.

I parlayed my experiences as a coach, golf professional, successful businessman and sales professional to write my first book Never Settle for Par. 

I currently also serve as a National Sales Coach with a top 10 mortgage lender.  I coach sales and business professionals how to realize their goals faster by helping them identify their true passions and leveraging their strengths and hiring or building systems around their weeknesses.
