I am an 18-year Air Force vet with 15 years of coaching experience and 8 years of professional counseling experience as a licensed social worker based in Florida.  I spent years coaching friends, family, co-workers etc. and it has always given me joy to walk with others on their journey as they discover their purpose in life or in some cases discover their authentic selves. That is what coaching is all about for me, helping people find their purpose and live an authentic life at the same time I became interested in joining the John Maxwell Team after facilitating several John Maxwell Leadership courses for military members on base.
