As a Leader and Subject Matter Expert in Faciities Management, I am not only the President of Facilities Management Strategies, LLC, a Facilities Management consulting firm but I am also the President of The T2B Leadership Group, LLC, an Executive Leadership Coaching, Teaching and Speaking consulting firm.
I am a graduate of the nation's leading Architectural Engineering program at the Pennsylvania State University and I hold an MBA from the New York Institute of Technology with a dual specialization in Leadership and Project Management. In addition, I am a Certified Facility Manager, a Registered Professional Engineer, a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional and a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma with over 23 years experience in Business Operations and all aspects of Facilities Management.
Throughout my life, I have continually sought Leadership and Personal Improvement education. When the opportunity to learn and be mentored directly by Dr. John Maxwell and his team was presented to me, I jumped.
