I am passionate about teaching leadership skills that empower people and organizations to succeed.  As a speaker, mentor, and strategist, I apply one clear principal: Everything rises and falls on leadership. 

Twenty-five years ago, I received the prestigious Certified Business Communicator (C.B.C.) designation from the Business Marketing Association.  That experience propelled me to my first career in advertising.  After college, I went to work at an Advertising Agency that ultimately led me to Dow Corning Corporation for a decade. There, I worked in the Automotive, AeroSpace and Defense, Electronics, Electrical and Construction industries.  It was at Dow Corning that I first became acquainted with John Maxwell and began to apply his leadership principles.

In 2010, the Credit Union Executive Society, (CUES) recognized me as the Rising Executive award winner.  That provided the opportunity to complete the Certified Chief Executive program.  

I was forutnate to study at the Executive Leadership schools of Wharton School of Business, Darden School of Business and Johnson Executive Business School at Cornell.  These executive leadership programs, combined with 30 years of leadership and business experience, have given me a unique perspective that achieves results.  

I have applied those business school theories and the practical results as a Chief Operating Officer and Chief Marketing Officer in the financial services industry.  I'd like to bring my 30 years of leadership experience with Entrepreneurs and Fortune 50 Corporations to bear on your organizational development and leadership challenges.
