Born in the heart of Shreveport, Louisiana, I am Sandra Glass, a woman of purpose, passion, and power. Every chapter of my life has been an inspiring journey of resilience, growth, and unwavering dedication. As a mother, my heart has always been invested in nurturing, guiding, and leading by example, aiming to instill the values of hard work, faith, and service.
In the professional realm, I devoted over 30 years to the United States Army, Department of the Army, and the Department of Defense. These years shaped me, molding me into a dynamic leader as I took on myriad leadership roles and responsibilities. Upon retirement, my passion for service found a new avenue. I immersed myself in community endeavors and championing projects for community betterment. Using my real estate credentials, I've been fortunate to make tangible differences in the lives of those in need.
My academic journey took me to Lawrence Technological University (LTU) where I achieved a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Masters in Business Administration, with a keen focus on Leadership. My thirst for knowledge didn't stop there; I pursued post-graduate studies in Mental Health Counseling.
One of the most transformative associations of my life has been with the Maxwell Leadership. As a certified Life Coach with them, I've had the incredible opportunity to refine my leadership skills, learn from the best, and in turn, inspire many more.
In all endeavors, my motivation remains rooted in my love for family and a genuine desire to make a difference. Above all, my primary devotion lies with my husband, our children, and our beloved grandchildren.
