My parents instilled in me important values and lessons very early in life that have set me up to be successful, regardless of what I pursued- whether academically, personally or professionally.  After I recieved by MBA, I continued to grow in the HR/Training field, eventually overcoming my fear of public speaking through the John Maxwell Certification.

The challenges I experienced while working with children with disabilities in my early years took me to explore the Learning and Development field.  I lived through their struggles, determination, progress; creating a passion for helping others be all that they can be.  I learned that anyone can learn, it’s all a matter of giving people the right resources, knowledge, support, and opportunities. 

After 16 years of managing international offsite offices, projects, and teams, in numerous countries, I realized something through exploring different cultures and people that is vitally important; education, luck, opportunities, social status, experience, may play a part in your success, but will not drive you to success. What drives a person to certain success is the genuine connection and degree to which one invests one's heart into.

Having discovered this firsthand for myself, I am passionately dedicated to helping others discover, nurture, and act on their true potential.  I enjoy volunteering at different non-profit organizations, servicing the underprivilaged with my God given gifts. Money should never be a road block to such priceless knowledge.
