As a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Teacher, Trainer and Speaker, I can offer you workshops, seminars, keynote speaking, and coaching, aiding your personal and professional growth through study and practical application of John’s proven leadership methods. Working together, I will move you and/or your team or organization in the desired direction to reach your goals.

I have decades of professional experience including progressively increasing responsibility and measurable positive results. I have built significant and unique skills through these roles. I have experience in life coaching, training, speaking, teaching, addiction, trauma, mental health, palliative support, grief and bereavement support, opioid dependency treatment, finance, insurance, event planning, financial planning, environmental development, immigration, dental and banking.

I have extensive experience in volunteer work especially as a member of a board. I was a member of the Zonta Club of Oakville for 3 years, a member of Brampton-Caledon for one year and Treasurer of the Zonta International District 4 Board for two years. I serve on the Hamilton Grant Review Team, Ontario Trillium Foundation, Public Appointment Secretariat. I volunteer with the Bob Kemp Hospice in Hamilton as a Grief Activity Facilitator for Camp Erin, Palliative Support Worker and Grief and Bereavement Pod Leader. I also volunteered for Junior Achievement of Central Ontario: Economic for Success as a grade 8 Tutor, Hamilton Girls’ Hockey Association as Board Director and Treasurer, Sturgeon Falls Chamber of Commerce as a Board Director, Habitation Supreme Inc., as a Board Director, L’ACFO, North Bay as a Board Director and Ottawa Big Brothers Big Sisters of Ottawa as a Big Sister, Group Leader and Orientation Trainer.

I completed a Bachelor of General Arts at the University of Ottawa, the Basic Accreditation Course at the Council for Continuing Pharmaceutical Education (CCPE), the Addiction Program at McMaster University in Hamilton, Trauma Counselling on the Online Counselling College based in Alberta, Certified Life Coach through the Certified Coaching Federation and as of August 2018, Certified Coach, Teacher, Trainer & Speaker through The John Maxwell Team.  I have also completed many professional development courses including Not-For-Profit Governance Essential Program at the Institute of Corporate Directors, University of Toronto and Grief and Bereavement Training at Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice.

I love playing hockey, golf, bowling, cooking, baking, painting, reading, gardening and spending time with my husband, stepdaughters, family and friends.

I approach my work and life as an established leader who gets results. I have a curiosity and keen desire to always further expand my knowledge and acumen to reach greater heights in serving others as a leader in business and life.
