I started my leadership journey at nineteen learning about positional leadership, and that position alone did not make me a leader.  Since that first leadership position, I have served in many leadership roles, one of which introduced me to John. I learned about the Five Levels of Leadership, and that influence is the essence of all leadership.  I spent the first ten years of my professional life in traditional ministry roles with a local church and the state of Louisiana.  For over twenty years, I have served in a leadership role at a public accounting firm. I have worked to build high-performing teams and to develop systems and processes to increase efficiency without losing effectiveness.

Becoming intentional about my personal growth, next to my faith, has been my best decision ever.  Personal growth has brought me to places a nineteen-year-old kid with big goals and dreams could have never imagined. Even though I waited to pursue secondary education until I was almost thirty, I now hold an MBA with a concentration in Leadership.

I have come to find there is no greater joy as a leader than to see those around me succeed. My passion for helping others initially fueled my growth; now, my growth fuels my passion as I strive to help others reach their greatest leadership potential through personal and professional growth opportunities.
