My goal-oriented outlook on life and my passion for helping others reach their goals led me to join the John Maxwell Team. Prior to joining the team, I spent 20 years as a small business owner. I am gifted with the ability to capture the core of great ideas and communicate them with clarity, simplicity, and power. I have a passion to help people discover and clarify their purpose in life. My sincere efforts and hard work have earned honors and awards. As an entrepreneur I received the Outstanding New Business Award and an Influential Woman in Business Award. My success as a small business owner afforded me speaking honors both regionally and nationally. I have been featured in various magazine and newspaper articles throughout the United States for outstanding service. I hold a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Averett University. In addition, I am an accomplished author, business educator, and also a wife and mother of twins.
