My professional journey started around 30 years ago in the corporate world, as a business development professional, managing IT and Telecom business across national and international geographies, along with highly motivated teams. Being in leadership roles for around 26 years, it has been very enriching and satisfying for me to be around highly motivated and productive teams. Training and learning was a mutual development process, that brought high productivity and positive mindset of the teams, which added directly to higher job satisfaction, low attrition and higher happiness quotient.
To upscale myself to higher levels of leadership dimensions, I got certified and associated with John Maxwell Team, USA, to develop deeper insights of leadership qualities and understand the practices of the successful leaders across the world, and to coach and mentor university students and organization’s experienced professionals with John Maxwell curriculum, which gets blended with my own practical learnings and life experiences in the global corporate world.
