I am an influential and seasoned leader for people and organizations, and a successful entrepreneur, which gives me the credibility to improve the lives of others.  I serve a broad community of people, professionals and organizations.  I offer coaching, training and speaking so those I serve can be the best version of themselves, enhance their personal growth and development, improve their organizations, and their leadership capabilities.

Prior to joining the JMT, I had a very successful career as a Suppy Chain leader, focused on people leadership and development.  As a result, I provide leadership in the areas of Organization Design, staffing, recruiting and hiring practices. 

Over the past seven years, I have been a multi-unit Franchisee of The MAX Challenge and built two successful businesses, living out my purpose of adding value to others.
