My mission to live my best life and my passion for catalyzing others to live their best life led me to join the John Maxwell Team. I have spent most of my career in the academic and biological science fields. Early as a student, while investigating the contribution of genetics and dietary salt/potassium to high blood pressure, I heavily applied John Maxwell’s teachings in order to complete my PhD in Genetics from Yale University, and subsequently complete my post doc in Yale’s Department of Internal Medicine investigating Type II Diabetes. Assuredly, becoming a student and practitioner of the art and science of leadership and personal development made all of the difference in achieving professional and personal progress.
Without question, some people know that they can do more and be more. Yet the statement remains true that the largest gap in life is between what we know and what we do. This is why to reach your highest potential you must demonstrate the tenacity and skills needed to elevate productive solutions to the challenges that would otherwise limit you. Personally, I have achieved the focus, secured the resources and developed the skill sets necessary to progress my own career, health, finances, relationships and leadership. Today, my passion is to help you to do the same.
I help professionals and motivated individuals to deepen and broaden the integrity, influence and impact necessary to elevate themselves and their organization to the next level. My goal is to coach you, to assemble insightful, relevant content, and to fashion principles into strategies that you can put to work in your personal and professional life. If you are determined to get more out of life—and you insist that your “today” be better than yesterday—contact me right away.
