I am a Master Professional Certified Coach and a results strategist. Founder of Fortunato Partners, Inc., a boutique leadership development, coaching & consulting firm. I have over three decades of Executive C-Suite experience across several different industries and has worked in numerous roles within corporate finance, operations, and communications.

I’m also a social media influencer, host of THE COFFEE CHAT SHOW and creator of The Working Warrior Mom and The Revealing Leaders brands which have a reach of over 2.2 million people monthly.

Formerly I spent 14 years, as CFO, CMO and Business Manager of Dreamstime.com LLC, where she was a member of the founding team that created the privately held global stock photography leader.

My focus has now returned to business consulting, coaching and leadership development. In 2009, I founded the TN & VT based non-profit, A Generous Heart, Inc. supports/creates local young literacy programs in partnership with community libraries.

I graduated from Fisher College in Boston, MA and also attended classes at Suffolk University as well as I holds 5 certificates from Harvard Business School Online and two Specializations from HBSOnline one in Leadership and Management and the other in Entrepreneurship and Innovation.  I holds a certificate from Yale SOM Exec. Ed in Human Capital Strategy.  I have published several books and am a member of the FORBES Human Resource Counsel.
