I began my leadership journey 20 years when starting a nonprofit organization. I had little experience, but a powerful desire to succeed. I quickly learned that success often comes by learning from others. Since that time, I have worked at the leadership level of multiple nonprofits, both small and large. As a Certified Professional Life Coach with a BA in Psychology and a Master's in Christian Leadership, I strive to bring value to every place I find myself. The mentors and leaders in my life helped me become who I am today. It was not always an easy path and there are days when I still struggle, but I have found that the journey is much better when you are not alone.
