I was first introduced to John Maxwell and his powerful teachings on leadership through my work as an Independent Beauty Consultant with a well known cosmetics company. Since that time, I have moved forward with my career in ministry and coaching holding onto the valuable lessons and resources I've received from John's insights and wisdom. I look forward to helping others create professional and personal victories in their lives through these life changing resources and principles. 

Prior to membership with the John Maxwell Team, I have spent the last fourteen years serving in both lay and vocational ministry roles in three local church communities in the North Texas area. Most recently I received Associate Executive Coach Certification in agreement with International Coach Federation standards and actively coach clients through personal, professional and ministerial growth and development.

My passionate focus remains connecting people to God's heart through creative expression, especially helping women who are called to leadership in both marketplace and ministry settings. Two years ago, I founded a Christian women's network focused on helping women personally and professionally develop in both their purpose and calling by God.
