I have a passion for developing current and future leaders to close the leadership gap within our communities. As an educational leader and influential communicator who has developed effective solutions to organizational challenges, I have real-life experience practicing what I teach. My goal-oriented and leadership focused outlook on life and my passion for helping others reach their potential and goals, led me to join the John Maxwell Team. I also hold a Masters Degree in Education from Oregon State University and earned my Superintendent Credentials at Seattle University.

The challenges we face within our schools, businesses and communities require leaders that are innovative, personal and are able to navigate change. With over thirty years as a successful teacher and administrator in public education, I know challenges. As a husband and a father, I also understand the challenges of work and family and why leadership is so important to be effective in your organization, community and home. I personally use John’s proven methods to enhance my own development, productivity, and decision-making skills to create a more balanced lifestyle.
