My name is Meaghan Boden. I became a certified John Maxwell Team Coach, Speaker, and Trainer in August 2019.
I hold an MBA from University of West Florida and have a couple of peer-reviewed scholarly articles published in industry journals.
My experience spans nearly two decades in customer service related industries, with over a decade in the hotel industry.
Through my experience in different customer service industries and departments, including a leadership experience, in these high-speed, around-the-clock atmospheres, I bring unique perspective and solutions to the challenges the customer service industries face.
Although I am able to serve various customer service industries, I specialize in independent hotels. I can also help Franchised and Branded (including soft-branded) hotels as well. My experience in the hotel industry is with franchised and independent hotels, primarily in the operationsand revenue management areas, including time with a hotel management company. If you are a hotel owner and/or General Manager, my services are especially for you and your property teams!
