Matthew Renz was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. The son of a career insurance professional, Matthew played college golf with the hopes of becoming a professional golfer. Matthew would spend his career as a multiple award-winning executive with UnitedHealthcare.

With a background in corporate sales and leadership, Matthew has helped countless men and women achieve personal and professional growth while developing leadership skills for success within themselves, and to become the leaders and trailblazers of their own message and using their own potential to achieve greatness.
