About Maria Maier

When you’ve already been successful in your career, and find yourself looking for what’s next, who do you turn to for help?

Someone who can help you broaden your possibilities, expand your thinking and build on your strengths, and that’s exactly what Maria Maier does.

Formally educated and trained, Maria is not only equipped with knowledge in her field, but a lifetime full of experiences that have taught her the true meaning of the Japanese proverb: “Fall seven times, stand up eight”

Maria learned the meaning of resilience watching her parents work hard to survive the collapse of the communism era in the former USSR. She helped launch a prorgam to make housing more affordable in the city of Volzhskiy, Russia where she served as Executive Assistant to the Mayor’s 1st Deputy in a large City Hall.

Maria has her master’s degree in Business Management and was certified with the Maxwell Leadership organization in 2020. She uses these skills to support the development of conscious leaders, driven professionals and high performing organizational teams, helping them discover and develop personal competencies to ensure sustainable success for themselves and their organizations.

Since relocating to the U.S., Maria has worked in higher education, and currently lives in Central New York with her husband, four children, and small white furry friend Liza. In her spare time, Maria loves spending time with her family, camping or bike riding, listening to podcasts, reading books and serving diverse communities in various volunteer roles.
