Lindsey Hagood is an Entrepreneur, Health & Fitness Advocate, Certified Life Coach, Motivational Speaker, Brand Ambassador, and on a mission to inspire and help others through positive motivation of overcoming illness to wellness through Living an Inspired life!

She is 11x certified in fitness and health industry, specifically with strength training and nutriton, loves life and thanks God and her family & friends for their prayers through her long illness and recovery.

Her message keeps inspiring as it implys , "Live Inspired! through Faith and Fitness "which comes from her passion of living a fit and healthy lifestyle, her belief in God, the universe, stars, moon and buddha. 

Lindsey has since recovered since grave illness follwoing surgery in 2017 and a 28th month recovery from explant breast implant surgery gone terribly wrong. 

Since her recovery in 2019 she went on to blaze the field of competing again after 25 years retired, nabbing the covenent placings of Transformation Model and Top 10 Bikini and Fitness 35+ with the World Beauty Fashion Fitness Show (WBFF). She loves helping others and inspired many by losing 46 pounds and cutting her body fat in half for a competition and wellness for life!

Lindsey has many accolades and awards such as Ms Image of Fitness Usa, Ms. Klein Usa, Miss Southeast Texas congenaility, Spirit of Fitness Texas, and LVRJ Customer Service of excellence in health and fitness industry. She also is a former ballroom dancer with numerous Top 1-3 for bronze rythm and smooth in Las Vegas, placing 5th at Nationals in San Diego and continues to be active to this day living a fit and healthy lifestyle. 

Lindsey's greatest achievement is launching Live Inspired! through Faith and Fitness, a health and fitness business online and changing the many lives of others by aspiring to inspire to live a fit and healthy lifestyle.
