I joined the John Maxwell Team as a result of a deep desire and divine call to add value to people and to pay forward the value that has been added to me by other coaches and mentors in my life.  I am married to Marilyn, my wife of 34 years and have three adult children and three grandchildren.  I am an ordained minister and have been pastoring churches for the last 33 years.  I love to write and record music and I have had the privilege of recording two albums one in 1991 and the second in 2006. 

Through the years I have had the privilege of traveling to the Philippines, Romania, and Mexico on life changing missions trips. The people that I have encountered in these other countries has given me a true appreciation for the blessings that God has given to me and my family!

I have a dream to help make other people's dreams come true and I am especially focused on encouraging other pastors.  I am determined to make a difference whenever I can, wherever I can and with whomever I can all to the glory of God.
