Throughout my career as a nurse, I rose through the ranks of leadership because of my technical expertise, not my ability to lead. I learned that a title was simply not enough to be an effective leader. In order to become a more effective leader, I had to fill the gap between responsibility and leadership ability on my own.     I love learning how to  be more effective as a leader, but I also learned that that journey is better together. Now, I help people find their strengths and passions and elevate them into the next level of their leadership potential.
