My strong desire to add value to others and the impact of John’s teachings on my life led me to join the John Maxwell Team. I am an extremely capable leadership professional with more than 20 years of progressive human resources management experience in both public and private sectors. I hold a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and Human Resources Management from Colorado Technical University and a Master’s of Business Administration and Leadership Degree from Post University.
I have trained, coached and mentored thousands over the years and understand the value of personal development in becoming an effective leader. As a servant leader and advocate for continuing education, I have served on the boards of local HR and Management non-profit organizations including the Hanover Area HR Association and the Hanover Area Management Association.
I have been involved in organizational turnarounds as a strategic partner, particularly from the perspective of the impact on people, and I am motivated by the opportunity to help leaders of organizations reach their goals. Additionally, I help aspiring leaders and human resources professionals attain the skills necessary to be successful.
