I am a Finance Professional with track record of results in Change Management/Business Diversification.I have close to thirty years experience covering :Business Assurance,Banking,Aviation and Maritime services.I have had the priviledge of serving as MD/CEO of two companies listed on the Nigerian Stock Exchange viz NAHCO plc and JAPAUL plc.

I joined Nigeria Aviation Handling Company (NAHCO) Plc initially as an Executive Director Finance and Strategic planning , was later appointed MD/CEO leading a team of expatriates and local professionals to drive the change and business diversification strategy of the company, transforming it to an internationally recognized aviation services company as it became the first Ground Handling Company in West Africa to attain the prestigious ISAGO certification conferred by International Air Transport Association (IATA).

I obtained my professional accounting training in various firms incuding Ernst and Young from where I joined the banking industry in 1991 and rose through the ranks to become a General Manager before I left the industry for NAHCO plc in 2009.My experience in banking covers :Treasury,Corporate Banking,Audit,Structured Finance and Investment Management.

I have led diverse teams in the course of my career in various capacities.My passion for motivating people and  belief that enhancing the capacity of people impacts positively on corporate performance led me to take a career break during which I joined the John Maxwell team in 2015.

I leverage on my competencies by deploying coaching and facilitation methods that enhance:individual growth,team synergy and ultimately drive corporate performance.
