BACKGROUND: With over 30 years of experience as a team leader, a trained Sales Trainer in the financial industry, and my certification as a Maxwell Leadership Certified Speaker and Trainer, I have left legacies at the organizations I have worked for, having been instrumental in the design and implementation of several Training Programmes, and Sales & Marketing Programmes which have resulted in Billions of Jamaican dollars for the companies I have worked for.
MY CLIENTS: In addition to the financial institutions where I was employed, clients including the JMMB Group Limited and Access Financial Services have hired me to provide Sales Training and add value to their Sales Officers and Leaders, set-up an External Sales Team, and provide Sales Support activities to influence results.
